Last week I finally did it: Homemade pasta! Real ones with fresh eggs and flour and a machine to get it rolled out as thin as possible... It was so much fun that I decided to make some more. With spices, with vegetables, with herbs, filled, broad ones, thin ones, long and short.... I just have too much time. :)
a pinch of salt
some olive oil
in Folie wickeln und eine Stunde im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen
wrap in foil and leave in the refridgerator for an hour
so dünn wie möglich ausrollen
roll out as thin as possible
cut into spagghetti
20 - 30 min trocknen lassen
dry for 20 - 30 min
2 - 3 min in kochendem Salzwasser gar werden lassen und geniessen.
Boil in salted water for 2 - 3 min and enjoy.
